Who you are:
As a Trade Finance Business Analyst and System Liaison with Frost, you are a thrive with processes and data. In this role, you will identify needed features and changes and prepare system operation procedures. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to collaborate and liaise with stakeholders and Systems Architects. What you’ll do:
- Work with TFS personnel and other Business Analysts to identify needed features, changes, and functional specifications in TFS systems. Liaise with TFS stakeholders and Systems Architects, developers, and testers to communicate needed features and explore options for implementation
- Prepare and update systems operation procedures. Train TFS personnel in the use of new or existing features
- Maintain and improve management of static data. Onboard new clients and maintain database within parameters of TFS systems
- Act as a liaison to Frost’s Business Intelligence unit in creation and maintenance of management reports
- In accordance with project standards, assist in the identification and recording of risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions for client accounts. Work with Project Managers to escalate issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with Frost’s internal procedures and policies, as well as International Trade Banking standards and regulations
- Work with Product Management to onboard new TFS products and develop existing ones
- Work with TFS management and other stakeholders to identify and address production inefficiencies
- Implement policies and procedures on maintenance of all TFS systems

What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in Trade Finance, with Letter of Credit and documentary collection knowledge
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related; or equivalent Trade Finance experience
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in Systems Support
- Strong understanding of discounting/financing
- Familiarity with SWIFT operations, Misys FusionBanking, or Misys Trade Innovation System
- Strong knowledge of standards, rules, and regulations related to Trade Finance, including UCP600, ISBP745, URR525, ISP98, URC522, and Incoterms.
- Project Management experience
