Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a potential Business Process Analyst supporting a DoD Customer's Classified Network Services. The mission will include Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering. The right Information Systems Security Engineer candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in business process analysis, process re‑engineering, workflow optimization, or enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead advisory-level process improvement initiatives in complex, technical, or mission-focused environments.
  • Strong experience with process modeling techniques and tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-security, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI.

Degree and Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.

Required Certification:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).

Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community programs.
  • Familiarity with mission assurance, quality systems, program management frameworks, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Salary Range: $113,134.76 - $119,789.75

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to geographic location, position requirements, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
