We are seeking a QA Engineer SME to serve as FEMA’s authoritative expert for QA governance, enterprise test automation, and cloud-native quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise-level QA strategy and automation standards.
- Oversee quality governance across major FEMA systems.
- Advise leadership on quality risk, system readiness, and operational impacts.
- Lead integration of automated, scalable QA into DevSecOps pipelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- More than 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Expert knowledge of QA engineering, automation, cloud testing, and compliance.
- Ability to influence enterprise quality strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Agile or ISTQB preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
