Python AI Developer – Machine Learning, Cloud & Agile Delivery

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Python AI professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective Python- and AI-based technology solutions.The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with overall business strategy.

Software Requirements

Required

• In-depth understanding of Python, AI technologies, and software systems.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities, constraints, and expected outcomes while contributing to Python AI designs and delivery plans.

• Lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, participate in Agile meetings, and coordinate with engineering, product, operations, security, data, and business stakeholders.

• Evaluate new technologies, maintain technology roadmaps, monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support successful project delivery.

• Mentor team members, manage vendor relationships, support contract discussions, maintain technical documentation, and make or facilitate technical decisions within established governance boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development, including relevant Python experience.

• Experience with AI, machine learning, data engineering, intelligent automation, or related technology is preferred.

• Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, AI, machine learning, or software architecture are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a project.

• Complete Synechron-required training and maintain continuous professional development in Python, AI, cloud technologies, security, data management, software architecture, and Agile delivery.
