Position Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Sales Operations Support Analyst based in Serbia to support day-to-day Salesforce administration, user support, reporting, data quality, and process documentation for Sales Operations. This role is designed for a lower-level resource who can execute defined tasks, support business users, and partner with senior team members on configuration, testing, reporting, and release activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable learning within a global Sales Operations environment. The role will focus on maintaining a reliable user experience, improving data quality, supporting adoption, and helping translate routine business needs into clear Salesforce support actions and documentation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support Salesforce user administration, including user setup, permission set updates, basic access troubleshooting, and routine configuration requests under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist with declarative Salesforce updates such as page layout changes, field updates, validation rule support, basic Flow maintenance, list views, reports, dashboards, and related metadata updates.
  • Partner with Sales Operations stakeholders to document business requests, capture user stories or support notes, and help maintain process documentation, FAQs, training guides, and release notes.
  • Support data quality activities, including duplicate review, data cleanup, field completeness checks, standardization efforts, and coordination of data hygiene tasks.
  • Participate in testing and release support by preparing test scenarios, executing UAT scripts, documenting results, and escalating issues or risks to the appropriate owner.
  • Provide front-line Salesforce support to business users by triaging questions, resolving routine issues, monitoring adoption feedback, and identifying recurring pain points for process improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, Sales Operations support, CRM support, business systems support, or a similar operations role.
  • Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, including users, permissions, reports, dashboards, objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and basic automation concepts.
  • Ability to document business requests clearly, follow defined processes, execute test scripts, and communicate status, risks, and blockers in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience using Excel or similar tools to review, clean, or validate business data.
  • Serbian fluency required for local coordination; solid English communication skills required for collaboration with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, Trailhead Ranger status, or active progress toward Salesforce certification.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, or another go-to-market team.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Flow, duplicate management, data import/export tools, reporting, dashboards, or data quality tools such as DemandTools or Cloudingo.
  • Familiarity with Agile or ticketing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Lucidchart, or Miro.
