The team collaborates across functions to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals, emphasizing measurable outcomes and return on investment. • Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in automation system design, integration, and troubleshooting within complex operational environments.
• Strong data analysis skills to develop insights, influence strategic decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage risks, and deliver results aligned with business objectives and return on investment.
• Experience in process flow design and operational excellence to optimize supply chain and logistics workflows.
• Proficient in using visualization tools and presenting complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build effective partnerships and communicate collaboratively across teams and departments.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
