In this position, you will play a key role in driving high-throughput transactional flows, leveraging modern cloud-native architectures to enhance our financial solutions.

This is you

• 6+ years of strong experience working with Java and building resilient backend services.

• Architectural mindset: ability to design simple, scalable backend architectures and propose sound technical solutions beyond daily coding.

• Solid background in database concepts, schema design, and query optimization for both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Proactive approach with strong end-to-end ownership, capable of taking initiatives from concept to deployment.

• Practical, hands-on knowledge of payment systems, with a strong focus on acquiring or issuing domains.

• Solid experience developing high-availability, low-latency systems and designing robust REST APIs.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns.

• Experience managing deployments, pipelines, and CI/CD workflows, operating both with and without containers.

• Proficient working with AWS cloud infrastructure, including tools like Lambda, EKS, ECS, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

• Active adopter of AI agents and development assistants used daily for designing, generating, and continuously improving code quality.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Previous experience working in promotional environments or within acquirer processors.

• Familiarity with AWS tools like CloudWatch and DMS.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-scale microservices, data models, and integration patterns for core backend solutions

• Drive initiatives and propose simple, effective architectural solutions that align with system needs and product goals.

• Take full ownership of end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring high quality from design to production rollout.

• Secure and optimize high-availability, low-latency systems and database queries that process volume-heavy financial operations.

• Build, deliver, and continuously evolve robust REST APIs.

• Own end-to-end deployment workflows, managing pipelines and CI/CD routines across containerized and non-containerized setups.

• Leverage a wide array of AWS services to support distributed architectures and event-driven data flows.

• Drive engineering excellence by incorporating advanced AI-assisted development tools into your daily workflow.
