About the role We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to help run and improve our internal IT and operational environment. This role is focused on supporting people, maintaining systems, and helping the company operate smoothly day-to-day. You'll work closely with internal users, handle requests and incidents, and gradually take ownership of operational tasks and automation.
Our environment uses many different tools and services. You are not expected to know everything upfront but are willing to learn. This role is well suited for someone with around 3+ years of hands-on experience who wants a stable role in a modern, SaaS-heavy environment and is comfortable growing their skills over time.
- Support employees with IT-related requests via Slack, Zoom, and Jira, with a focus on clear communication and practical solutions
- Help manage employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, offboarding, access changes)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices
- Assist with identity and access management across internal systems
- Help maintain security and compliance on endpoints and SaaS tools
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Manage and maintain the cloud accounting platform
- Work with cloud services and internal tooling as part of day-to-day operations
- Write and maintain documentation and instructions for internal employees
- Asset management (acquisition and control of equipment)
- Work closely with the Ops lead on day-to-day tasks, improvements, and ad-hoc requests, with room to ask questions and learn along the way

- Around 3+ years of experience in IT operations, internal IT, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Comfort working with multiple SaaS tools and learning new systems
- Good communication skills and a user-focused mindset
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2+)
- Ability using LLM tools in daily activities
Nice to have:• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Experience with CI tools (GitHub, GitLab, TeamCity, or similar)
- Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools
Availability & support• Standard working hours apply
- On-call availability is part of the role, but it is shared within the team and handled with balance and common sense
- Flexibility and teamwork are important, especially during sick leave or emergencies
