Mission of the Role
We are looking for a motivated, highly adaptable, and business-savvy Project Manager to drive the execution of Seoul Robotics’ government-funded smart city projects, starting with the Wonju K-AI City initiative (Master Plan phase in 2026, full completion by 2030) and extending into future domestic and international smart city programs Seoul Robotics wins.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role combining Project Management (PM), Account Management, and Business Development (BD). You will act as the critical bridge between our internal engineering and product teams and external stakeholders, including central and local government agencies, consortium partners, and existing B2G/B2B accounts. The role is farming-heavy: rather than hunting new logos, you will deepen, expand, and sustain Seoul Robotics’ existing major accounts across the public and private sectors.
Close, continuous communication with our internal engineering and product teams is a core success factor for this role. The exact distribution of each responsibility is fluid based on company priorities and will vary over time.
This role requires a high degree of adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, proactive communication, an eagerness to learn deep tech, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
Government & Smart City Project Management
- Multi-year Project Leadership: Take ownership of Seoul Robotics’ strategic work streams within national-level smart city and ITS initiatives, managing the Wonju K-AI City rollout from infrastructure and digital twin deployment to full project expansion.
- Project Planning & Execution: Architect comprehensive project plans and sync cross-functional efforts while monitoring progress.
- Consortium Coordination: Serve as the lead point of contact for consortium partners.
- Documentation & Settlement: Oversee all project deliverables and records, assisting the finance department with settlement cycles and revenue recognition tied to public sector schedules.
Internal Engineering & Product Collaboration
- Continuous Product & Engineering Alignment: Maintain daily synergy with internal tech teams to integrate government requirements into the product roadmap and translate engineering updates for external partners.
- Technical Fluency & Translation: Master the nuances of our platform architecture to communicate complex operational constraints effectively to everyone from civil servants to executive leadership.
- Priority & Dependency Coordination: Sync internal software release cycles with external delivery dates, facilitating critical prioritization talks between business stakeholders and engineering leads.
- Engineering Deliverable Support: Structure external requirements into actionable insights, enabling engineering teams to produce high-quality regulatory documents and performance metrics efficiently.
Key Account Management (B2G/B2B)
- Account Ownership: Manage and nurture existing B2G/B2B relationships with a focus on "farming"—deepening trust and expanding our footprint within current public agencies and enterprise accounts.
- Policy Line Engagement: Sustain active dialogue with regulatory and advisory bodies like MOLIT to ensure our technology strategy mirrors national policy shifts.
- Quarterly Reviews: Orchestrate regular account evaluations to present outcomes, mitigate friction, and define future strategic objectives with major partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate high-trust partnerships across all levels, from technical working groups to senior executive contacts at our customer organizations.
Follow-on Pipeline (BD)
- Pipeline Expansion: Utilize successful outcomes from current accounts to identify and capture follow-on national programs, site expansions, and emerging B2B ventures.
- Proposal Support: Assist in the creation of winning proposals and the formation of strategic consortiums for competitive grants and RFPs.
- Strategic Coordination: Align our business expansion pace with the CFO’s office to maintain consistency with revenue recognition and corporate settlement cycles.
Regulatory & Policy Support
- Regulatory Navigation: Facilitate complex permitting and approval processes for smart city exceptions, including data clearance and regulatory sandboxes.
- Ministry Relations: Act as a reliable liaison by maintaining open communication channels with key government ministries and relevant industry regulators.
Basic Qualifications

- Proven understanding and hands-on track record with ITS product deployment, installation, and infrastructure integration.
