Full description

We are currently seeking an Automation QA Engineer to join our team on a full-time B2B remote basis, working with one of the largest payment processing companies in the market, a leading fintech player powering high-volume, mission-critical platforms.

As an Automation QA Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for large-scale payment systems
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality releases and seamless integration of new features
  • Build and execute automated test suites using Selenium (Java or PHP)
  • Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and overall QA strategy
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests
  • Participate in testing activities for critical payment flows, ensuring reliability and performance

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in QA and test automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java or PHP)
  • Experience with Claude Code is important for this role
  • Experience in building and maintaining tests for payment platforms is considered a strong advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Residence within the EU and eligibility to work on a B2B basis
