QA Engineer

Department: Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Shenzen, China

Description

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Audit

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Quality Assurance Protocol.
  • Handles safety enquiries and resolve factory non-compliance.
  • Analyse test results and follow up corrective actions.
  • Perform online and final inspections as required.
  • Support environmental work and FSC order checks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Engineering graduate is preferred, but open to relevant background.
  • Must have 2 years relevant experience in print, POSM production, or premium categories environment.
  • Can be from printing/gifting/advertising industry.
  • Full on-site.
