About the Position

As a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d/x) for IAM Platform Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.

• You will be responsible for the continuous development, automation, and maintenance of our IAM infrastructure, leveraging modern DevOps practices.
• This involves working with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline processes and enhance platform reliability.
• You will utilize your expertise in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate routine tasks and integrate IAM solutions seamlessly.
• A key part of your role will be to contribute to an agile team environment, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and security for critical IAM services.
• Your work will directly impact the security posture and operational efficiency of our systems, providing a solid foundation for digital identity management.

Requirements

• You have several years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager, as well as proven expertise in operating and further developing complex IAM environments, including 3rd-level support, incident management, and problem management.
• You possess a solid understanding of Operations, DevOps, and Software Engineering, and are familiar with the requirements for stable, high-performing, and highly available production systems.
• You take an analytical and structured approach to your work and develop sustainable solutions to improve stability, automation, performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• You collaborate effectively with solution design, architecture, and development teams, translating operational requirements into technical concepts and decisions. You are able to communicate complex technical topics clearly and appropriately to both business stakeholders and management.
• Ideally, you have experience with technologies such as SQL/NoSQL, C#, Java, Python, Git, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• You are passionate about modern AI Engineering and AI Ops approaches and are eager to actively shape intelligent automation within IT operations.
• You are a strong communicator and team player who enjoys working in an agile and international environment. You have excellent German and English language skills and are willing to undertake occasional business travel.
