We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Analyst to join Strata FSC, a fast-growing, PE-backed international consultancy. The role sits at the centre of the business, supporting decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and commercial insight across global operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support monthly management accounts, including P&L, variance analysis and KPI reporting
  • Prepare board-quality commentary explaining performance vs budget and forecast
  • Analyse key drivers of revenue, gross margin and delivery costs
  • Provide project-level profitability analysis including utilisation, rate and cost mix
  • Support pricing and commercial decision-making across regions and clients
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning processes
  • Partner with delivery and regional leadership to drive commercial performance
  • Develop financial models and dashboards to improve decision-making

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Strong academic background in Finance, Economics or related field
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or part-qualified)
  • Experience in financial analysis, management reporting and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience in consultancy or project-based environments (preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset and business understanding
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Clear communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
