About the Role:
At Rue Gilt Groupe, the MarTech Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how we connect 30M+ members to world-class brands through smarter, more relevant communications. You will own and drive the strategic roadmap for the platform that powers personalization and AI-driven decisioning across email, SMS, push, and emerging marketing channels.
This role sits at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will partner closely with Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Merchandising, and Creative teams to transform business needs into scalable platform capabilities. By advancing our marketing automation and personalization infrastructure, you will directly support RGG’s mission and vision: connecting style-obsessed members to premier brands through engaging, inspired, and delight-sparking daily experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap Strategy & Platform Innovation
- Manage the product strategy and roadmap for RGG’s core personalization, communication, and AI-driven decisioning platforms across email, SMS, push, and emerging channels.
- Run A/B tests across comms channels, evaluating content, cadence, and channel; analyze results and recommend go/no-go decisions to leadership.
- Translate complex business and marketing requirements into clear, scalable platform capabilities and technical specifications.
- Identify and champion innovation opportunities that elevate campaign targeting, automated messaging, and dynamic content delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Merchandising, and Creative teams to gather requirements and evaluate potential solutions for AI/ML capabilities.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical, ensuring clear alignment on priorities, timelines, and requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues independently with a strong bias toward action, knowing when to resolve problems autonomously and when to loop in cross-functional partners.
- Use tools like Tableau to interpret data, track outcomes, and support a test-and-learn approach to platform improvement.
- Own MarTech sprint planning, intaking and prioritizing requests from multiple stakeholders across the business and balancing them against roadmap commitments and team capacity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or martech platform operations.

- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered decisioning concepts in a marketing context
- Experience with A/B testing
- Detail-oriented and organized in juggling multiple priorities
- Understanding of data integration workflows, capabilities, dynamic systems, and AI-driven decisioning tools.
- Strong independent troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can work well with leadership and cross-functional peers, even without formal authority
