About the role 

 

This is a newly created role where you will help shape and grow the global reach of CPAdvance™, CPA’s clinical training and professional development portfolio. 

 

Lead the growth, positioning and go-to-market strategy for CPA’s clinical training and professional development programs. This newly created role will build market presence, develop partnerships and drive commercial growth across healthcare, allied health, disability and education sectors.  

 

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):  

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption and revenue growth. 
  • Build market positioning, brand strategy and compelling value propositions for healthcare and professional audiences. 
  • Develop go-to-market plans, campaigns and growth strategies across new and existing markets. 
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, universities, disability organisations and industry partners to drive distribution and sales. 
  • Use market insights, customer data and KPIs to optimise performance. 
  • Create marketing collateral, thought leadership content and customer stories to build brand and generate word of mouth endorsement. 
  • Partner with internal teams including Training & Development, IT and Marketing to deliver growth initiatives. 

 

About you: 

 

You are an ambitious, commercially minded marketing professional with experience building brands and bringing products or services to market. 

 

You will bring:  

  • Product marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, clinical equipment or allied health. 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience developing market strategies, distribution channels/partners, managing leads and delivering against KPIs. 
  • A track record in delivering on business and financial objectives. 
  • A creative, analytical and strategic approach. 
  • Experience in healthcare, allied health or clinical environments is highly desirable as is pan regional or global experience. 
  • Relevant marketing degree.
