Build the function. Shape the strategy. Help define the next chapter.

Since 2007, Clubspeed has been the leading venue management platform for the places people go to have fun. More than 1,700 venues across 34 countries rely on Clubspeed and Resova to power bookings, point of sale, integrated payments, memberships, waivers, guest experiences, and operations.

We're entering an exciting new chapter.

Following a recent acquisition, we're investing heavily across our products, leadership team, and go-to-market organization. As we scale, we're looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to build Product Marketing from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit mature playbooks, positioning, or launch processes.

You'll create them.

If you love turning complex products into compelling stories, influencing product strategy, enabling sales, and building a world-class Product Marketing/Marketing function from scratch, we'd love to meet you.

The Opportunity

This is a foundational role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership.

You'll define how we position our products, launch new capabilities, enable our commercial teams, and communicate the value we deliver to entertainment operators around the world.

You'll have significant ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape how Product Marketing evolves as we continue investing in growth.

If you're looking for a role where your work directly influences revenue, product strategy, and customer adoption, this is it.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll:

  • Build the Product Marketing function and establish repeatable processes for launches, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Create clear positioning and differentiated messaging across Clubspeed, Resova, and our integrated payments offering.
  • Become the voice of the customer by deeply understanding operators, buyers, and market trends.
  • Partner with Product to successfully launch new capabilities with measurable commercial impact.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, collateral, competitive insights, and training that improves win rates.
  • Build a repeatable product launch framework that scales with the business.
  • Help establish Product Marketing as a strategic partner across the organization.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for two key products, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Own and manage marketing execution, including AI agent creation and management, content creation, campaign development, and lifecycle programs to drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal central marketing teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Brand, Comms) to support execution of Behavioral Health marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage Agents to deliver outsized returns and amplify your impact
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform messaging and strategy.
  • Create marketing assets such as product one-pagers, sales enablement tools, website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and more.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, optimizing based on data and insights.
  • Establish foundational processes and frameworks for product marketing to scale efforts over time.
  • Serve as the voice of the product internally and externally, ensuring a consistent narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Create and manage marketing budget; allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels to achieve goals, maximizing ROI.
  • Manage tradeshow/event planning and execution for industry events and conferences

What We're Looking For

You'll likely be successful if you have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, content creation, or a related marketing function, preferably in B2B, tech, or scale up environments.
  • You have created and launched your own AI projects to let you focus on the stuff AI isn’t great at yet
  • Proven success developing and executing GTM strategies and campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle strategy and execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing agency, freelancer, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for compelling storytelling.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and flexible mindset.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.

Experience with payments, commerce platforms, point of sale, reservations, hospitality, or vertical SaaS is a significant advantage.

You'll Thrive Here If...

  • You enjoy building more than maintaining.
  • You're energized by blank sheets of paper and undefined problems.
  • You naturally connect Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • You care as much about business outcomes as marketing metrics.
  • You ask "why" before deciding "how."
  • You like moving quickly, experimenting, and improving.
  • You enjoy working directly with senior leaders and influencing company strategy.
  • You want your work to directly impact revenue growth.
  • Competitive base salary (between $85,000-$95,000 CAD)
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including dental and vision
  • Flexible time off policy
