About the position:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Engineer with an interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI systems. This role offers an opportunity to work on next-generation AI solutions, including AI assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows.
You will collaborate with senior engineers and architects to build, test, and deploy intelligent AI applications that help automate business processes and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support AI applications using modern LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Llama.
- Assist in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Design and implement prompts, workflows, and AI agents for business use cases.
- Build integrations between AI applications and APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Support development of AI copilots, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
- Participate in building and testing agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning processes.
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Perform prompt optimization, evaluation, and performance testing of AI applications.
- Follow responsible AI, security, and governance practices in solution development.
- Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Development, AI/ML, Data Science, or related areas.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Understanding of machine learning and Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI development platforms.
Exposure to One or More of the Following
- GenAI Frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
- LLMs: OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama
- Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (any one)
- Version Control: Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or NoSQL databases
Knowledge Of
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- API Integration Concepts
- Basic Software Engineering Principles
- Data Structures and Algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic, or personal projects involving Generative AI or Machine Learning.
- Experience developing chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants.
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain Agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or cloud-based AI services.
- Understanding of vector embeddings and semantic search.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD fundamentals.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects, hackathons, or AI competitions.
