Full description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Data Operations Team. This role focuses on supporting data integration and operational processes, ensuring seamless client onboarding, data management, system support, and adherence to operational standards. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with data technologies, process workflows, and healthcare systems in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day operational activities for client onboarding in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and agreed timelines.
- Maintain and update operational tickets regularly through the ITSM platform to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
- Proactively identify and escalate tasks delayed due to dependencies on internal or external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Operational Leads to analyze issues and support effective problem resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets.
- Contribute to process documentation, process improvement initiatives, and operational analysis.
- Support testing activities during system installations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
- Ensure data handling practices comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all established operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
