Playtech’s Sports team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer who is eager to start and grow their career in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by assisting with test execution, identifying issues, and working closely with experienced engineers, developers, and product teams.
To ensure a successful onboarding experience and close collaboration with the team, employees are expected to work from the office five days per week during the first 6 months of probation. Following the probation period, the role transitions to a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week.

- Contribute to the quality and reliability of Playtech’s Sports products by executing test activities across multiple projects and features
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and a seamless user experience
- Analyze requirements, create detailed test plans and test cases, and help identify potential risks early in the development cycle
- Execute manual testing, investigate system behavior, analyze logs, and document defects with clarity and precision
- Support software release activities and contribute to maintaining high product quality standards.
- Take ownership of smaller projects and testing initiatives while continuously developing your QA expertise
Qualifications

- Hold a BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have a basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA best practices
- Are familiar with concepts such as black-box testing, white-box testing, integration testing, and defect tracking
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Show a genuine willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Have strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
