This is your chance to be part of an in-house Architecture, Design & Construction team that delivers exceptional properties that delight our guests, reward our partners, and reflect the unique cultures of their geographical locations! As a Senior Project Manager, AD&C – Luxury Brands reporting to the regional Senior Director, AD&C – Luxury Brands, you will work on Luxury branded projects providing project management for the design and construction of new development, conversions, adaptive reuse, room addition and brand change projects.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Provide end-to-end project management for Luxury hotels, resorts, and branded residences.
  • Guide projects through programming, design, construction, and opening, ensuring alignment with Luxury Brand Standards, design intent, and operational requirements.
  • Review architectural and design documentation, including drawings, specifications, construction submittals, shop drawings, and model rooms.
  • Guide and influence design direction to promote design excellence, construction quality, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and provide clear, solutions-oriented direction.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Advise owners, developers, architects, interior designers, and other consultants on design, technical requirements, brand standards, and execution strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with ownership and project teams, positioning Hilton AD&C as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with Brand, Development, Operations, F&B, Wellness, Engineering, and other Hilton teams to align design, operational, and project objectives.
  • Lead project coordination meetings, design reviews, model room reviews, site visits, and other key project milestones.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned Luxury development projects from initial planning through opening.
  • Drive design reviews and approvals at key project milestones and resolve design, technical, and brand-related issues.
  • Monitor project schedules, risks, and critical milestones and maintain accurate internal reporting.
  • Support the delivery of distinctive, high-quality Luxury properties that meet brand, operational, and owner objectives.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience managing complex development projects in architecture, design, construction.
  • Experience with Luxury hospitality projects, including new-build hotels, branded residences, conversions/rebrandings, or major renovations.
  • Experience in hospitality design, development, and construction.
  • Demonstrated experience to managing multiple projects and priorities while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to provide clear design and technical direction and influence project teams.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor'sDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience creating impactful, visually engaging presentations and confidently presenting recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including ownership and senior leadership.
  • Experience with Bluebeam and other design and project collaboration tools.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
