Responsibilities:

  • Navigate RGA administration systems to process client statement/data in an accurate, timely and complete manner.
  • Validate client data submissions against reinsurance treaty terms such as mandatory data fields, and accuracy of client calculations.
  • Transform data from client’s terms into RGA standard terms based on guidelines.
  • Perform due diligence checks via OFAC screening.
  • Work with clients to ensure timely submission of statements. Where up to date statements are not received, to account for them via system accruals.
  • Support reporting requirements through data extraction
  • Analyze treaty content to set treaty parameters in RGA’s treaty database
  • Support management reporting tasks and keep updated with RGA’s overall goals

Technical Requirements:

  • University degree or above in actuarial science, finance, mathematics, statistic, information technology, accounting, data science or other related disciplines
  • Basic understanding of database tools and programming language (such as VBA, SQL and Python)
  • Basic understanding and experience of AI tools and prompting
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel / Access / Outlook / Powerpoint)
  • Results orientated and target driven
  • Positive interpersonal skills with team members, internal and external clients
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
