Are you an analytical and process-driven professional with strong financial acumen? As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the pivotal role of compiling and analyzing financial data across all divisions, ensuring strategic decisions are data-driven and grounded in solid fiscal analysis. The FD FP&A team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance organization. This role will be responsible for supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities related to general and administrative expenditures, as well as analyzing key performance indicators and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with key leaders across the organization to support organizational objectives and advance the company’s financial goals.

What you will be doing

  • Compile and analyze financial information to meet monthly, quarterly and fiscal year-end management reporting requirements.
  • Review statistics to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures.
  • Assist in developing Company-level consolidated financial forecasts, including three-year plan submitted to HT.
  • Assist with development of Corporate overhead budget and monthly expense versus budget reviews.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts and compares actual cash flow activity with cash flow projections.
  • Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) package for Executive leadership reporting.
  • Support year-end audit activities to ensure accurate and timely submission.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
  • 3-5 + years’ experience in corporate finance or accounting preferred.
  • Proven contract knowledge and project profile understanding.
  • Detail oriented and takes personal ownership over assigned duties.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and strong financial acumen.
  • Able to communicate with top management including parent company control department.
