Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Systems TransformationJob DescriptionThis role is a highly technical, hands-on Technical Program Manager position focused on leading a portfolio of complex enterprise systems transformation initiatives. Rather than traditional project coordination or reporting, you will operate as a technical partner who participates in architecture reviews, understands system and integration decisions, challenges assumptions, and drives enterprise-wide initiatives to completion. You will work across engineering, architecture, product, business systems, and leadership teams to deliver large-scale transformation efforts involving ERP modernization, billing systems, customer data architecture, governance initiatives, and enterprise integrations, while balancing technical depth, executive communication, and day-to-day program execution.Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery and coordination across multiple strategic enterprise systems initiatives, ensuring alignment and progress against transformation goals.
  • Drive execution of ERP modernization efforts, including a NetSuite ERP re-implementation, from planning through deployment.
  • Partner with system integrators, business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver against aggressive timelines and complex requirements.
  • Support the implementation of scalable billing platforms designed to accommodate evolving pricing and packaging models.
  • Coordinate the design and rollout of a unified customer data model spanning Salesforce and downstream operational systems.
  • Contribute to data governance and cataloging initiatives that support data lineage, stewardship, and enterprise reporting.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for initiative status, dependencies, risks, decisions, and ownership across programs.
  • Analyze cross-system dependencies and proactively identify potential downstream impacts to reduce risk and avoid rework.
  • Facilitate architecture, design, and integration reviews, ensuring decisions are technically sound and aligned with long-term objectives.
  • Challenge solutions that introduce technical debt and advocate for approaches that address root causes and improve system health.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to remove blockers, drive alignment, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
  • Develop executive-ready program updates, dashboards, and decision briefs that clearly communicate progress and issues.
  • Translate complex technical topics into actionable business recommendations for leadership stakeholders.
  • Surface risks and trade-offs early, enabling informed decisions and minimizing surprises at the executive level.
  • Capture decisions, document ownership, and ensure accountability through execution and follow-through.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient operating cadence across multiple programs, including meetings, reviews, and checkpoints.
  • Drive predictable communication rhythms that reduce reporting overhead and meeting fatigue while maintaining transparency.
  • Improve program visibility and clarity without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in technical program management with a focus on complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Hands-on expertise in enterprise systems implementations, including planning, execution, and stabilization.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including experience with ERP modernization and re-implementation efforts.
  • Deep understanding of systems integrations and APIs, with the ability to assess integration designs and dependencies.
  • Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem and coordinating solutions across Salesforce and downstream systems.
  • Solid grounding in enterprise architecture principles and practices, with the ability to participate in architecture reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability in executive stakeholder management, including presenting updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Proven cross-functional program leadership skills, collaborating effectively with engineering, product, architecture, and business systems teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities in technical environments, including documentation of implementation details and decisions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels, moving seamlessly between high-level planning and detailed delivery.
  • Skill in developing clear, concise dashboards and decision briefs tailored for executive audiences.
  • Experience reducing friction for engineering teams by streamlining communication, clarifying priorities, and removing blockers.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced transformation initiatives with significant executive visibility and expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing cross-system impacts and identifying root causes.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and advocate for technically sound, long-term solutions.
  • Experience working within lean operating structures that emphasize ownership, accountability, and decisive action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into business-focused narratives.
