2026 is shaping up to be a defining year. Our store network is expanding, our systems are evolving, and we're growing towards 700 stores. As part of this journey, we're investing heavily in our workforce planning capability, implementing new forecasting tools, enhancing workforce systems, and improving the way our stores operate every day.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Workforce Systems Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team at the Store Support Centre. This is a unique opportunity to combine systems analysis, project coordination, stakeholder management and continuous improvement in a role that will directly influence how we plan, schedule and support our growing store network.

You'll play a critical role in delivering major workforce transformation initiatives, including the rollout of SuccessFactors and the implementation of new forecasting and labour modelling capabilities within our UKG environment. What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and supporting key workforce systems projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting the implementation of workforce forecasting and labour modelling capabilities.
  • Administering, maintaining and optimising the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Technology and external vendors.
  • Investigating system issues, coordinating resolutions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring workforce management data remains accurate, reliable and aligned across integrated systems.
  • Developing reporting, dashboards and analysis that support informed business decisions.
  • Helping redesign and improve workforce planning processes and ways of working across the business.

What you'll bring

  • 4-5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst, Workforce Systems, Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Prior UKG or SuccessFactors experience is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, system enhancements or business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to drive outcomes and follow through on actions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience documenting requirements, testing system changes and supporting implementations.
  • The ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities can evolve and ambiguity exists.
  • Experience within retail, workforce planning or multi-site operations will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to UKG, Workforce Management systems or SuccessFactors is advantageous but not essential.
