Job Description
Product Pricing Analyst I at PGTI (Part of MITER Brands)
Schedule: Monday – Friday starting at 8:00 a.m.
Location: Venice, FL
This position currently follows a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of in-office and remote work. As business needs evolve, the role is expected to transition to a full-time, on-site position in the future. Candidates should be comfortable with both the current hybrid arrangement and future in-office requirements. Relocation assistance is not provided; any relocation expenses will be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

What You'll Do
The Product Pricing Analyst I (Manufacturing Products) is responsible for developing pricing for highly configurable window and door products from the ground up. Pricing decisions are built using engineering Bills of Material (BOMs), raw material costs, labor, overhead, target margins, and other manufacturing cost drivers. This role requires advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to build, maintain, and validate complex pricing models. While data analysis supports decision-making, the primary focus of the role is product pricing development rather than data analytics.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing models for configurable products
- Build pricing from BOMs, material costs, labor, overhead, and margin targets
- Create and validate complex Excel formulas and pricing calculations
- Evaluate unique product configurations and pricing requirements
- Support pricing implementation for new products and customer-specific solutions
- Ensure pricing accuracy through testing and validation
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations
- Support process improvement and pricing automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in pricing, costing, manufacturing analysis, finance, or related discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas and pricing models
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn complex products, systems, and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with BOMs and product costing
- ERP or CPQ system experience
- Window, door, building products, or construction industry experience
