Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate GCP programs, including benefit realization management and coordination of new capabilities.
- Provide strong leadership in building trusted client relationships at the CxO and Board level, aligning strategic program OKRs and roadmaps.
- Manage communication with all technical and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility of program progress.
- Build high-performing cross-functional teams and translate complex challenges into structured, actionable plans.
- Define program control criteria and promote process excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive program management experience in complex environments, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and implementing cloud adoption acceleration strategies.
- Experience planning and delivering cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in account management or consulting, working with channel partners and third-party teams.
- Ability to perform effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
