The role can be based on the following locations - London, Birmingham, Manchester and Winchester and Bristol.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes.
  • Upholding integrity, managing budgets, risks, and sustainable impact.
  • Managing teams collaboratively, driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs.
  • Managing project management, technical services, and external resources.
  • Collaborating with client, consultants, and contractors for delivery.
  • Championing safety first, embedding mace’s HSW framework.
  • Driving programme, design, procurement, and construction to completion.

You’ll need to have:

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
  • Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
