We’re growing and looking to hire a Product Analyst who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.
Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose, and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.
At Claroty, our technology strategy is focused on solving real-world cyber-physical security problems at scale through robust, distributed, cloud-native architectures. We design and evolve a unified platform that serves as the technological backbone for all Claroty products, delivering deep visibility across CPS environments, without disrupting critical operations. Our architecture emphasizes scalability, resilience, and extensibility to support both cloud and on-prem deployments.
About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Product Analyst to take full ownership of the Product Data Analytics domain at Claroty. In this role, you will be the bridge between our product capabilities and customer value, driving a data-informed culture across the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to our Product Managers, mapping complex user journeys, defining our analytics stack, and building self-serve tools to ensure we are measuring what truly matters.
Responsibilities
As a Product Analyst, your impact will be:
- Lead the Product Data Domain and Culture: Take full ownership of product data analytics, initiating new projects, and radiating enthusiasm for data-driven decisions across the company.
- Define Product Metrics & Value: Partner closely with Product Managers to connect every feature, capability, or module to metrics that accurately reflect customer value and tie directly to our product’s North Star metric.
- Gather the Data: Extract, manipulate, and democratize data to ensure the foundation for our product metrics is robust and scalable, including hands-on data pipeline design and development.
- Empower Product Managers: Build tools, infrastructure, and dashboards to enable PMs to analyze data independently, with opportunities to define and shape our BI stack alongside our AI PM workspace.
- Hands-On Journey Mapping: Lead end-to-end analyses to optimize the overall user experience, identifying friction points, and illuminating "blind spots" in our metrics.
Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis with a proven track record specifically as a Product Analyst or in Product Data Analytics, working directly with Product Managers.
- Solid product sense with the ability to translate product vision and features into actionable adoption and value metrics.
- Deep technical expertise in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytical tools.
- Exceptional analytical thinking to identify trends, uncover friction points in user journeys, and translate complex data into clear business and product impact.
- Self-driven and proactive attitude, ready to own the domain, initiate processes, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Advantage: Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflakes, etc).
- Advantage: Experience with event-based product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, FullStory, etc).
- Advantage: B.Sc. or B.A. in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc).
