The Project Manager leads projects from start to finish, anticipates potential issues, and proactively seeks solutions. They oversee teams and tasks, drive action, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level. Additionally, they oversee financial aspects, support junior team members, and maintain high standards across all client deliverables.
What You'll Do Here:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Creative, Development, and Media projects.Create and maintain timelines, milestones, and tasks in Asana.
- Keep teams organized and hold them accountable for their deliverables.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to monitor timelines, scope, and budgets.
- Identify risks early and take action to resolve them quickly.
- Keep all documentation up to date, including status reports and budget tracking.
We Need a Person With:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of scope definition, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Proactive approach and confidence in managing team progress.
- Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Parallax is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in digital or creative agencies.
- Experience with Asana and other resource management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of workflows across Amazon, Mercado Libre, and other marketplaces.
