Project Oversight

  • Manage multiple active construction projects from pre-construction to final completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Ensure all phases of construction are executed according to plan

Team & Subcontractor Management

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain strong relationships and enforce accountability on job sites
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
  • Provide consistent updates and manage expectations
  • Resolve issues proactively and professionally

Budget & Financial Control

  • Track project budgets and manage costs
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Identify potential cost overruns early and implement solutions

Systems & Process Management

  • Utilize Buildertrend for scheduling, communication, and project tracking
  • Ensure all project data, selections, and updates are properly logged
  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting

Quality Control

  • Ensure workmanship meets company standards
  • Perform regular quality checks and final walkthroughs
  • Address punch list items efficiently
