Project Oversight
- Manage multiple active construction projects from pre-construction to final completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Ensure all phases of construction are executed according to plan
Team & Subcontractor Management
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships and enforce accountability on job sites
- Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
- Provide consistent updates and manage expectations
- Resolve issues proactively and professionally
Budget & Financial Control
- Track project budgets and manage costs
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders
- Identify potential cost overruns early and implement solutions
Systems & Process Management
- Utilize Buildertrend for scheduling, communication, and project tracking
- Ensure all project data, selections, and updates are properly logged
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting
Quality Control
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards
- Perform regular quality checks and final walkthroughs
- Address punch list items efficiently
