We are driving a strategic, multi-year transformation to modernize our Acquirer solutions to build innovative products, services, and capabilities that will anticipate our merchant and acquiring partner’s needs. This is a strategic priority for GMNS as it becomes increasingly important that we stay competitive with the rise of intermediaries, can quickly adapt to an ever-changing regulatory environment and are developing strong value-added services that deepen the relationships with our acquiring customers.

  • Conduct discovery to identify market opportunities and user needs, and document clear, actionable requirements to support product development.
  • Shape and continually refine product priorities to build and maintain product roadmaps, including a well-managed backlog of features aligned to business and customer outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external customers and partners to create user journeys to help identify opportunities to remove obsolete or redundant payment experiences and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Partner with Acquiring Delivery Capability and Envisioning teams to guide the design, validation, and execution of innovative acquiring solutions, ensuring alignment with the product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Background in end-to-end Product Management and an understanding of the payments industry, preferably including merchant acquiring; 1-3 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development preferred.
  • A strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, driving innovation, and delivering business metrics with a customer-first mindset.
