You'll work closely with their existing designer and internal team across a varied pipeline of products — from adapting and improving existing products to helping develop completely new ones from concept through to production.

In your day-to-day, you will:
Product Design & Development
- Translate product ideas, references, sketches, and existing physical products into clear digital designs, technical drawings, tech packs, and production-ready specifications.
- Develop and adapt products across motorcycle parts and accessories, bags and luggage, apparel, protective gear, combat sports equipment, and other consumer products.
- Create detailed product specifications covering dimensions, materials, components, construction, stitching, hardware, colourways, finishes, and other manufacturing requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders and overseas manufacturers throughout design, sampling, feedback, revisions, and final production, adjusting designs where required.
Technical Design & CAD
- Create accurate technical illustrations and product drawings using Adobe Illustrator, CAD software, and other relevant design tools.
- Develop and modify CAD files for physical products, including files provided by manufacturing partners.
- Prepare technical design files that clearly communicate product dimensions, construction, components, and specifications for manufacturing.
- Support 3D modelling, prototyping, scanning, and 3D printing where relevant as the team expands its in-house product development capabilities.
Graphic Design & Brand Support
- Create packaging designs and production-ready artwork, incorporating product information, branding, logos, and other required elements.
- Apply existing brand identities consistently across products, packaging, colourways, and other physical brand touchpoints.
- Support occasional branding, logo, illustration, and graphic design requirements across the company's in-house brands.
- Collaborate with the existing designer to deliver creative work across the company's growing portfolio of products and brands.
Project & Design Management
- Manage multiple product design projects while maintaining strong accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the existing in-house designer to prioritise and progress a substantial pipeline of product development work.
- Manage assigned projects, priorities, and design workflows through Asana.
- Respond to internal and manufacturer feedback, efficiently iterating designs while maintaining organised files, specifications, and revisions.
Skills you have:
- 3+ years of proven experience in product design, industrial design, technical design, product development, or a closely related field involving physical products.
- Strong experience creating detailed tech packs, technical drawings, specification sheets, or other production-ready documentation, with excellent attention to measurements, materials, components, construction, and product specifications.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, particularly for technical illustration and product design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or another relevant CAD platform.
- Strong understanding of physical product design and manufacturing, with the ability to translate concepts, reference products, sketches, or ideas into clear, detailed, and production-ready digital designs.
- Experience iterating on designs and working through the sampling and revision process with manufacturers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain momentum across a busy product development pipeline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating physical product design and technical design work.
Skills that will make you stand out:
- Experience with 3D CAD modelling, 3D printing, prototyping, or 3D scanning for physical product development.
- Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers or factories during product development and sampling.
- Experience designing consumer products such as bags, luggage, apparel, sporting goods, motorcycle products, accessories, or equipment.
- Graphic design experience across packaging, branding, logos, brand identity, or illustration.
- An interest in motorcycles, motorsports, action sports, combat sports, or related industries.
- A relevant qualification in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
