Job Description: AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI Specialist)

Experience Required: 5–6 years in AI/ML development with hands-on experience in Generative AI

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in traditional ML models, deep learning, and practical experience in building, fine-tuning, and integrating large language models (LLMs) or other generative architectures into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ML/AI models for production use cases across NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, conversation, or multimodal solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and evaluation.

• Deploy AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into business applications using APIs, microservices, or cloud-native solutions.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and model architectures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure model fairness, interpretability, and compliance with ethical AI practices.

• Document workflows, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn.

• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, and generative model development (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

• Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.

• Knowledge of MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
