About Unframe
Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.
Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally
About the role
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production.
This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined. You will be expected to deeply understand customer needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
You will operate as a product leader with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities, driving execution, and scaling successful solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions in production
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems and define what to build
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the development of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel initiatives
- Balance speed of execution with long-term scalability, quality, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization
- Mentor and develop Product Managers, helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in building new solutions from early stages to production
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
Why this role is unique
This isn’t a typical product role. You won’t inherit a roadmap, you’ll help define what’s worth building, working on real problems with real enterprise customers. You’ll operate in a true 0→1 environment at scale, taking ideas all the way to production. From day one, you’ll have real ownership, shaping direction, making decisions, and leading a team through ambiguity. You’ll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.
