Role Summary

This role oversees the end-to-end product development and catalog management process, from supplier coordination and product data to packaging, compliance, and marketplace readiness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing large product catalogs, cross-functional projects, and operational systems, with strong Excel and process-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product development, supplier relationships, timelines, and product lifecycle processes across a high-volume product catalog.

Build and maintain organized PIM systems, SKU databases, product data, packaging, artwork, and catalogs for Amazon and wholesale channels.

Coordinate with designers, content writers, factories, and operations teams to ensure products are accurate, brand-consistent, compliant, and ready for launch.

Ensure products meet marketplace, labeling, barcode, packaging, and compliance requirements before production.

Improve workflows, systemization, and operational efficiency using advanced Excel and process-driven organization.

Prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines, and maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience in product development, supplier management, catalog management, or a related field.

Advanced Excel skills with strong organizational, analytical, and process-systemization abilities.

Experience working with PIM systems, SKU management, or large product catalogs.

Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Detail-oriented with an understanding of Amazon, wholesale, packaging, branding, and compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.
