Scope:
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Management, Product Development, QA, TechOps, and Production Support across all phases of the project. Lead customer project implementations from a technical perspective, working directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle to provide technical leadership, guidance, and expertise—ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, Secure Multi-Tenant Architecture
- Cloud Architecture: OCI, MS Azure, Oracle, DB, AS2, SFTP
- Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, RDBMS, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake, Kafka
- Good to have: Ext JS, React Framework, Docker, SingleStore, Maria, Elasticsearch
What you’ll do:
- Participating in discovery sessions with Customers
- Analyzing Customer requirements and documenting Software Requirements Specification
- Producing design documents and participating in design reviews
- Creating project plan
- Writing code, unit tests, and build/deployment scripts
- Participating in code reviews
- Reviewing Test Strategies
- Monitoring and Managing project execution
- Executing performance/scalability tests & profiling hotspots
- Collaborating with Solution Architects, Product Management Group, Product Development, QA, TechOps and Production Support during the various phases of the project
What we are looking for:
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, IT
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and implementation
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Extensive knowledge of the Java programming language and good understanding of software design patterns
- Hands on expert in full stack development experience using any of the stack Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Oracle, SQL, React JS
- Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and Object/Relational frameworks. Should be able to write SQL queries, procedures, triggers and do basic performance tuning.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns & protocols, including SOAP, REST, JMS, EDI.
- Experience writing build & deployment scripts (e.g. Ant)
- Experience in leveraging continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross platform stacks and containerization (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Maven)
- Experience in one of the public cloud technology stacks such as Azure, OCI
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
- Prior experience in development or consulting with an enterprise software vendor is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of supply chains, logistics, order management, etc. is a plus
- Experience with newer web client technologies such as ReactJS, AJAX, EXTJS is a plus.
