Job Description:
Department Overview Sitting within Rakuten Payment Inc’s System Division, the Frontend System Development Department (FRSD) plays a crucial role in this. FRSD focuses on business-critical initiatives across our products and platforms. Our vision is to build and shape payment technologies that support our users’ daily lives now and into the future.

Position Details Responsibilities: - Understanding and using appropriate project management tools and techniques covering timelines, quality/scope, risk, procurement, stakeholder engagement and communication to support multiple projects - Proactively communicating and coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders including Software Engineers, Technical Product Managers, Project Managers and Business & Marketing professionals - Suggesting improvements/changes to our processes, tools and more where you see opportunities - Handling multiple projects and/or streams of work - Taking responsibility for reporting - Creating and maintaining project documentation - Facilitating meetings effectively and distributing meeting minutes
Mandatory Qualifications: - 3+ years of professional experience leading multiple projects concurrently - Comfortable with being a part of a technology-oriented organization with a focus on delivering technical projects - Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall - Strong team player who thrives in an international, multicultural environment
