This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Administrator based in United States.

The Salesforce Administrator will own the day-to-day health, usability, and evolution of a critical CRM environment supporting a global go-to-market organization. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on administration with process improvement, data quality, reporting, and integration management. You’ll help establish reliable systems and reporting that give stakeholders a clear, trusted view of revenue operations. You’ll also contribute to CRM onboarding, documentation, training, and continuous improvements to the user experience. A strong interest in AI-enabled productivity is essential, with opportunities to use tools such as Claude to accelerate documentation, reporting, and process design. This is a collaborative, high-ownership role suited to a Salesforce expert who enjoys solving problems and making systems work smarter.

Accountabilities

  • Provide prompt and thorough resolution to technical challenges and business support requests related to the Salesforce CRM environment.
  • Manage user profiles, permissions, licenses, page layouts, and other core Salesforce administration functions.
  • Maintain and develop fields, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, managed packages, and CRM integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and design practical, scalable solutions that enhance internal and external user experiences.
  • Maintain CRM data quality through database cleansing, ongoing maintenance, and reliable data management practices.
  • Document Salesforce processes, create user guidance, support CRM onboarding, and train users on relevant functionality and best practices.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to identify business needs and implement improvements across the CRM environment.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Growth Marketing leadership to develop accurate reports and dashboards that serve as a trusted source of truth for Sales and Marketing.
  • Support and maintain integrations across the go-to-market technology stack, including LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Snowflake.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools regularly to accelerate documentation, reporting, process design, and administrative workflows.
  • Work with third-party consultants and technology partners as needed to support Salesforce initiatives and system improvements.
  • Proactively recommend Salesforce best practices and identify opportunities to improve adoption, scalability, system reliability, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the Salesforce ecosystem, supported by Trailhead badges, Trailblazer community involvement, or a strong commitment to ongoing Salesforce learning.
  • Proven experience with CRM database cleansing, maintenance, data quality, and governance.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce administration, including profiles, permissions, licenses, fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, managed packages, and integrations.
  • Experience working with third-party consultants or technology partners.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and Gong.
  • Experience with LeanData or a similar lead-routing platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Claude or another AI assistant as a daily productivity tool to complete meaningful work efficiently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organization, and ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • B2B SaaS Salesforce administration experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Marketo, Asana, Gong, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Candidates should be located in the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones to support collaboration with global stakeholders.
