Job Description

Join the Premium Growth team, where we own Wix’s core revenue-generating products: Premium Plans and Google Workspace.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle, from initial strategy to development handoff, with a strong passion for business growth and experience working in AI-driven environments.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of the Product Managers and Product Designers Creators team.

• Own the full product lifecycle - from market and user research, data analysis and KPI definition, through the final shipped product - all executed efficiently using AI tools.

• Identify growth opportunities and drive a KPI-led approach to product and business success.

• Apply strong UX/UI instincts to define workflows and translate user needs into clear product experiences.

• Partner closely with Engineering and product designers to bring ideas to life.

• Stay close to users - through Customer Care, direct conversations, and product data - to continuously sharpen and improve the product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management.

• Strong product and business growth thinking, with a sharp instinct for what moves the needle.

• Proven experience working in AI-native environments - leveraging AI tools and systems as an integral part of day-to-day product workflows, including research, analysis, product definition and final interface.

• Highly developed instincts for user experience.

• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with engineering on architecture and APIs.

• Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of large and complex systems and how they fit together.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• High ownership and strong execution - curious and motivated.
