Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the construction sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects, from initial planning and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development to final handover. This role requires a blend of "boots-on-the-ground" construction knowledge and high-level digital proficiency to streamline our workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Planning & Structuring: Develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project scope is clearly defined and manageable.
· Stakeholder Management: Act as the central hub for communication between clients, site supervisors, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure all parties are aligned on timelines and expectations.
· Schedule & Budget Oversight: Monitor project milestones and financial health. Proactively identify variances and implement corrective actions.
· Resource Coordination: Manage the deployment of materials, equipment, and labor to maximize site productivity.
· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all project activities adhere to industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Technical Requirements & Skills
· Construction Expertise: 2–3 years of experience managing physical construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
· Project Management Tech: Advanced proficiency in digital project management tools. You should be comfortable navigating platforms for:
o Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
o Document control and RFI tracking.
o Cloud-based field reporting and photo documentation.
· Data Literacy: Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and digital BIM models.
· Organizational Mastery: A proven track record of using technology to automate tracking, reducing manual errors in project reporting.
