As a Senior Designer, you will lead visual design across brand identities, campaigns, digital platforms, social media, presentations, and other creative touchpoints. You will translate strategic briefs into compelling visual systems while maintaining brand consistency and pushing creative boundaries.
A key part of the role will be exploring and integrating AI-assisted design workflows into the creative process. You will experiment with generative visuals, rapid prototyping, prompt-based exploration, and other emerging tools to expand creative possibilities and improve productivity.
You will also work closely with strategy, copy, and creative teams, contribute to pitches and client presentations, and mentor junior designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with an experimental mindset and a willingness to continuously learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual design across brand identities, campaigns, digital, social media, and presentations.
- Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts and design systems.
- Develop mood boards, design routes, visual frameworks, and creative directions using traditional and AI-assisted workflows.
- Maintain consistency in brand language while introducing fresh and innovative visual approaches.
- Explore and experiment with AI-powered design tools for ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, and workflow optimisation.
- Use generative visuals, prompt-based exploration, and AI-assisted techniques to expand creative possibilities.
- Stay informed about emerging AI trends, design technologies, and creative workflows and share relevant learnings with the team.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into design processes where it meaningfully improves quality, speed, or efficiency.
- Collaborate with strategy and copy teams to develop integrated creative concepts and campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, pitches, and client-facing presentations when required.
- Own final design outputs and maintain exceptionally high standards of craft, accuracy, consistency, and visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects, briefs, feedback cycles, and deadlines effectively.
- Review AI-assisted outputs to ensure they meet brand, ethical, technical, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers on design thinking, execution, creative craft, and emerging tools.
- Encourage experimentation while maintaining strong creative discipline and execution standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, branding environment, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with or strong exposure to AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, or comparable platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, colour, layout, and brand systems.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
- Ability to balance creative experimentation, speed, and high-quality execution.
- Demonstrated curiosity and self-driven learning around AI, emerging technologies, and new creative workflows.
- Strong design point of view combined with an openness to feedback and experimentation.
- Ability to question existing approaches and identify ways to make creative processes better, faster, or more effective.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with strategy, copy, creative, and client-facing teams.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is an advantage.
- High ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort working in a rapidly evolving creative environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, brand work, and creative experimentation.
