iOS Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and

maintain high quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.

• Build new features, enhance

existing functionality, and resolve bugs while ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and work

with JSON-based backend services.

• Develop clean, reusable, and

maintainable code using modern architectural patterns such as MVVM or MVVM-C.

• Implement asynchronous

programming using Swift Concurrency (async/await) and follow Apple's latest development best practices.

• Build adaptive user interfaces

that support different iPhone and iPad screen sizes, Dark Mode, and accessibility standards.

• Write unit tests and UI tests to

ensure application quality and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with backend

engineers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews and

contribute to improving code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Use AI-assisted development

tools responsibly to improve productivity while validating generated code before committing changes.

• Troubleshoot application issues,

optimize performance, memory usage, and application startup time.

• Document technical

implementations and contribute to internal engineering knowledge.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SwiftData.

• Familiarity with Combine.

• Experience integrating

third-party SDKs such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications, or authentication providers.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Xcode Cloud, or similar platforms.

• Experience publishing or

maintaining applications on the Apple App Store.

• Familiarity with performance

profiling using Instruments.

• Exposure to modular application

architecture and dependency injection.

• Understanding of mobile

application security best practices.

• Experience using AI-powered

development tools such as GitHub Copilot, or Claude to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer

Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on

experience developing native iOS applications using Swift.

• Strong understanding of SwiftUI

and modern iOS application architecture.

• Good understanding of Swift

Concurrency (async/await), error handling, and asynchronous programming.

• Experience working with Xcode,

Swift Package Manager (SPM), and the iOS application lifecycle.

• Experience consuming RESTful

APIs and handling JSON data.

• Familiarity with Git-based

version control and collaborative development workflows.

• Understanding of state

management in SwiftUI using Observable, ObservableObject, State, Binding, Environment, and related concepts.

• Knowledge of local data

persistence using SwiftData, Core Data, or UserDefaults.

• Understanding of Apple's Human

Interface Guidelines (HIG) and accessibility best practices.

• Strong analytical, debugging,

and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills

and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.

• Willingness to learn new
