Job Description

  • In Novelty Development, we ensure on-time and in-full execution of novelties (decoration and assembly solutions), from received design through implementation in running production. Across varying levels of complexity and technology newness, we ensure that designs coming from Product Development are met and are manufacturable at mass-production scale across up to five global sites.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive production and development challenges task force
  • Driver of task force on improvement and strengthening foundation projects
  • Driver of developments projects that call for special attention based on complexity in terms of technical solution and or time.
  • Driver of Secure that the needed guidelines in terms of quality and design are established.
  • Key input giver to the Strategic Novelty Development road-map for improving efficiency.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • Relevant working experience in Project Management; with high quality deliverables in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and analytical skills with ability to develop & manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with working on creating optimizations project including finical calculation and benefit for business cases.
  • Professional level English is a requirement in this role.
  • Ability to map, understand and educate complex process mapping.
