Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Studio team in a full-time, permanent position and contribute to the development and execution of creative projects across our portfolio of brands.
We are looking for a creative, versatile, and highly hands-on designer who can contribute to the strategic thinking and development of concepts, while also taking ownership of their execution through to production, adaptation, and final asset delivery.
This role has a strong executional focus. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys developing ideas just as much as bringing them to life and ensuring excellence in every detail of the final output.
Projects span a wide range of touchpoints, including brand campaigns, packaging, digital, e-commerce, CRM, social media, retail, and print.
We are also looking for someone who actively incorporates artificial intelligence and emerging creative technologies into their day-to-day workflow to enhance creative possibilities, improve efficiency, and accelerate execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
CREATIVE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts, campaign territories, and 360° campaigns across our portfolio of brands
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual solutions that are strategically aligned and consistent with each brand’s identity
- Develop mood boards, creative concepts, and visual directions that bring ideas to life
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development activities
- Clearly articulate and present the rationale behind creative recommendations
- Refine and evolve creative concepts based on feedback and input from various stakeholders
- Ensure continuity between the original idea and its final execution, preserving the strength and integrity of the concept across multiple formats and touchpoints
DESIGN, PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
- Manage projects from concept development through final asset delivery
- Design, produce, and adapt communication materials across multiple channels, including digital, e-commerce, CRM, retail, packaging, and print
- Adapt creative concepts across various formats while maintaining their impact, consistency, and quality
- Take ownership of a significant portion of day-to-day production and graphic execution
- Quickly adapt creative assets to different formats, platforms, markets, and business needs
- Prepare and finalize files according to the technical specifications of each channel
- Conduct quality control reviews prior to delivery and ensure all assets meet brand and production standards
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
PACKAGING & PRODUCT DESIGN
- Contribute to the creation, evolution, and production of packaging for our portfolio of cosmetic brands
- Design and adapt creative solutions for various packaging formats, including boxes, tubes, bottles, jars, gift sets, and other product formats
- Apply and adapt brand identities and graphic codes within packaging environments while respecting brand architecture guidelines
- Work from dielines and technical specifications to produce accurate, production-ready files
- Understand and incorporate constraints related to printing processes, materials, finishes, and manufacturing requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, brand strategy, product requirements, and technical considerations
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, information hierarchy, and execution quality within the beauty and cosmetics industry
DIGITAL, E-COMMERCE & UX/UI
- Design visual experiences and content tailored to various digital environments
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of web pages, landing pages, website experiences, e-commerce campaigns, and digital brand activations
- Design CRM campaigns and email newsletters with a strong focus on information hierarchy and user experience
- Apply UX/UI and responsive design best practices
- Translate campaign creative territories into cohesive, engaging, and functional digital experiences
- Produce and adapt the assets required to support digital campaign activation
- Partner with e-commerce teams and cross-functional stakeholders to balance creativity, user experience, and business objectives
AI & EMERGING CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIES
- Actively integrate artificial intelligence into daily creative and production workflows
- Demonstrate practical, hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and platforms
- Leverage AI to support and accelerate research, ideation, visual generation, retouching, adaptation, and aspects of production
- Identify opportunities where emerging technologies can improve efficiency, execution speed, and creative possibilities
- Share tangible examples of how artificial intelligence is currently incorporated into your workflow
- Stay informed on new tools, technologies, and innovations that can enhance the Studio’s ways of working
- Share knowledge and contribute to the ongoing development of the team’s creative capabilities and expertise
COLLABORATION & AGILITY
- Collaborate closely with fellow designers, copywriters, and members of the Creative Studio team
- Partner with Brand, E-commerce, Social, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders
- Participate in creative presentations and confidently communicate and defend design decisions
- Receive feedback openly and adapt work quickly and constructively
- Contribute across multiple brands and projects simultaneously, tailoring your approach to different audiences and brand worlds
- Demonstrate a high level of autonomy while thriving in a highly collaborative environment

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, within a creative studio, agency, or brand environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to develop concepts as well as execute them through to completion
- Proven ability to take a project from concept development through production and final asset delivery
- Experience in packaging design, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries
- A strong understanding of packaging production requirements and technical file preparation;
- Experience in digital design and UX/UI, with the ability to create engaging experiences for web, e-commerce, and CRM channels
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong proficiency in Figma or a comparable interface design tool
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools within design workflows, with AI already integrated into your creative and production processes
- Experience in motion design, video editing, or photo retouching is considered an asset
- A high level of autonomy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently explain and advocate for design decisions
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and openness to feedback
- The ability to seamlessly transition between creative thinking, technical execution, and production
