Primary Purpose:
As the Regional Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business in the region and ensuring that our goals and objectives are met. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing the financial and operational performance of the region, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that our operations are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving challenging targets and implementing effective strategies in order to maximize the region's success. What You’ll Do:
- Leading the operational efforts for local market. Specific areas include vendor relations, customer service, equipment maintenance processes and procedures, safety program, contracts, and project coordination.
- This is a “working manager” leadership position.
- Interfacing with sales, administrative support, vendors and regional management to best serve our clients and our company.
- Develop relationships with key customers and vendors.
- Manage regional service partners to ensure up-to-date training and skills and SLA’s (service level agreements) are met to established KPI’s. Negotiate local contracts and contracts in new markets.
- Develop strategies and tactics for identifying and implementing “best practices” for the region.
- Write, review and implement processes and policies where needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations to assist the sales team in displacing the competition.
What You'll Need:
- Ability to effectively manage third-party vendors.
- Effectively negotiate and interpret contracts.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Demonstrated Business Development skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range: $85,000 - 90,000
