As a Product Owner (Salesforce) in the Supply Tech pillar, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Salesforce-focused initiatives within a fast-paced, agile environment. Working closely with the Product Manager, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, you will help define the product roadmap, manage priorities, and ensure solutions maximise value for both customers and the business. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product strategy, lead delivery outcomes, and champion continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
 
 
Day to day:
 
- Own and prioritise the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring initiatives deliver maximum customer and business value
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and Salesforce-focused enhancements
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories, partnering closely with engineers, architects, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead agile delivery activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritisation, testing, defect management, and release coordination
- Champion the customer experience by leveraging data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement and adoption
 
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 3+ years' experience managing digital agile product development and delivery
- Experience working as a Product Owner within agile software development environments
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage effectively with developers, architects, and technical stakeholders
