Full description

Your Mission:

  • Administering Google Workspaces and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) in terms of account management;
  • Managing accounts in our business systems;
  • Organizing workplaces for new employees (preparing equipment), accounting;
  • Receiving/issuing equipment;
  • Conducting inventories;
  • Interacting with office managers for technical support of offices;
  • Supporting employees in the context of IT;
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

Your Unique Contribution:

  • Understanding of basic OS principles;
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems;
  • Linux, MacOS at a confident user level;
  • Basic understanding of how computer networks work;
  • Confident spoken and written English is a must (we will check :));
  • Experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence.

Will be a Plus:

  • Experience in administering Linux-based systems;
  • Experience in administering Windows-based systems;
  • Knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, understanding of the principles of network services: DNS/DHCP, SMTP/POP3/IMAP, HTTP/S, FTP.
