What can you expect in a “Wellness Business Intelligence Analyst” role with TaskUs:
TaskUs is seeking an experienced Wellness Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in transforming data into insight within the social science field. A successful candidate has experience in working with sensitive data, will provide significant insights in study design and data analysis that matches the research objectives. This role requires the capability to transform and analyze large and complex datasets generated from multiple sources that result in identification of trends that solve real world problems that inform and change the industry.
Responsibilities
- As a Wellness BIA, you will support the Wellness and Operations teams by transforming sensitive data into actionable insights that drive engagement and well-being across the organization. You’ll work closely with behavioral scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop research studies, automate processes, and deliver impactful reporting.
- You will collaborate with behavioral scientists to support wellness research aligned with ethical and data privacy standards. Your work will involve developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact. You will also build internal tools and automation flows using PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline wellness operations.
- Additionally, you will process and manage data from sources such as SQL databases, Excel, Redshift, and APIs, ensuring high data quality and consistency. Your role covers the full reporting pipeline from data validation to visualization with a strong focus on sensitive wellness data.
- This position involves regular collaboration with teams across regions. While the role follows standard working hours, occasional flexibility may be needed to support global initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Python, R.
- Advanced English Proficiency ( B2 +)
- Strong Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric.
- At least 2 years of exposure to ETL, databases / data warehouse that relates to developing reports using Power BI.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the 'bigger picture'.
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and data visualization
- Excellent Communication, teamwork, adaptability and autonomous work skillset.
