🌎 About Us
At TeamSnap, we believe when the world connects through sports; the world becomes better. TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. We also believe our jobs should excite us, our teammates should support us and our bosses should inspire us. We empower our people to bring big ideas and tiny egos, landing us on Outside Magazine’s list of “Best Places to Work" and Built In’s “100 Best Remote-First Places to Work."
TeamSnap ONE is our end-to-end platform for youth sports clubs and leagues. It brings registration, payments, team management, communications, coaching content, live streaming, and game highlights into one connected experience for sports organizations, coaches, and families.
TeamSnap is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help our Sales and Account Management teams bring the full value of TeamSnap ONE to market. You will turn product releases and market insights into sharp positioning, sales-ready messaging, training, and tools that build confidence in every customer conversation. You will also shape the messaging and offers behind key outbound and account-based programs, prepare sellers for industry events, and lead product communications for prospects and customers.
\n
What You'll Do:
• Turn every product release into finished, sales-ready messaging: value props, demo talk tracks, and supporting materials that help our sales and account management teams speak to new features with confidence.
• Keep the sales team's core toolkit current: decks, AI gems, leave behind materials, demo videos, competitive positioning, objection handling, and demo environments.
• Plan and run internal enablement sessions that get sales and account management teams ready to sell and support new features before they reach the market.
• Develop the market intelligence, audience insights, positioning, and account-level messaging that power enterprise campaigns and account-based programs.
• Own the positioning, messaging, and offer strategy for outbound programs, partnering with Sales Engineering on targeting, execution, and performance.
• Own product communications aimed at prospects and existing customers, including webinars and release announcements.
• Define the product messaging and customer journey requirements for onboarding, adoption, and nurture programs, partnering with Lifecycle Marketing on execution.
• Equip sales teams for industry events with audience insights, messaging, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up content.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
• You have 3+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
• A track record of turning product updates into clear, compelling sales messaging, quickly and accurately.
• You have built successful outbound programs that bring together targeting, messaging, offers, sales enablement, and execution.
• You are comfortable leading live enablement sessions and working directly with Sales and Account Management.
• You are a strong writer and project manager who can move several high-priority programs forward at once.
• You are comfortable with and excited about using AI to build repeatable systems, improve workflows, and create high-quality work more efficiently.
• You have basic video/audio recording and editing skills to create videos to support product communications and demonstrations.
• A drive to want to help others learn and become experts in TeamSnap ONE.
• Bonus points if you have experience working or volunteering for a youth sports league, tournament, or team.
