IT Business Analyst - Zurich Asuransi Indonesia

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of digital and system enhancement projects.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration, claims, or underwriting processes.

• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and UAT.

• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Understands the customers' processes and products, and how they fit within the goals of the overall function.

• They engage with the solution architect to review and validate the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements and validate estimates provided by the suppliers.

• They produce an estimate for the level of effort and cost of new application functionality and perform quality review checks on project deliverables.

• Also they collaborate on and review the documentation of specifications and act as liaison between the business and IT.

• They participate in implementation activities, troubleshoot system environmental issues and provide training as required.

• They respond to application problem tickets as required.
